4 Ingredient Nutella / Hazelnut Brownie
Don’t let last minute Holiday party invites or unexpected guests stress you out, with this quick and easy brownie recipe! It’s an indulgent, yet healthier option than most pre-packaged sweets, and will be ready in minutes. Don’t have Nutella and hazelnuts? Try peanuts and peanut butter or almonds and almond butter, just add 2 Tablespoons agave or sugar, and the possibilities are endless.

½ cup Nutella
5 Tbsp Flour (I use gluten-free mix)
1 egg
¼ cup chopped hazelnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease / line mini muffin tin (12ct capacity). Mix all ingredients together, and fill tin with batter until ¾ filled. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Makes 12
4 Ingredient Gingerbread Latte Syrup
Need a caffeinated sugar fix but don’t want to deal with Holiday madness? Enjoy a Gingerbread Latte at home without leaving the house or hassle of lines. You can substitute the sugar for agave or your favorite sweetener. Also try fresh ground ginger and cinnamon for an extra added kick.

1 ½ cups sugar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan with 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, and its ready to use! To make your Gingerbread Latte taste like the original, use 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed milk and 2 oz syrup. The syrup will last in refrigerator for a week, and is also the perfect addition to your favorite Holiday cocktail.
4 Ingredient Peppermint Mocha
One of my favorite parts of the Holidays is Chocolate and Peppermint EVERYTHING!!! Now you can enjoy the classic beverage at home without the artificial flavors and preservatives. Try experimenting with different extracts (vanilla, orange, coconut, almond) the possibilities are endless.

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
¾ cups cocoa powder (unsweetened)

Whisk sugar, cocoa powder and water in small saucepan over medium-high heat, until smooth. After it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in peppermint extract. To make your Peppermint Mocha taste like the original, use 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed milk and 2 oz syrup. The syrup will last in refrigerator for a week, and also tastes delicious on vanilla ice cream!
