Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are settling into their new digs, courtesy of Tyler Perry!
Per DailyMailTV, the recently relocated royals are staying in an $18 million luxurious Beverly Hills home which belongs to the director after making a connection through friend Oprah Winfrey.

Since moving to Los Angeles in March (after previously residing in Canada for the earlier part of the year), the family of three have called this mansion home, while they seemingly still look for a pad of their own and continue to follow social distancing guidelines.
The Tuscan-style villa sits on 22 acres at the top of a hill in the super-exclusive Beverly Ridge Estates gated community, which offers breathtaking city views. It is unclear if they are paying to rent the property or if they are staying as guests. The outlet reports there are no records of the eight-bedroom 12-bathroom mansion having been sold.
A source explained to DailyMailTV:
“Meghan and Harry have been extremely cautious to keep their base in LA under wraps. They have been at this property for a month without anyone finding out. Their team helped them choose the location for their transition to Los Angeles wisely. “
The insider added:
“Beverly Ridge has its own guarded gate and Tyler’s property has a gate of its own which is watched by their security team. Beverly Ridge is an excellent place to keep out of view. The neighbors are mostly old money and mega rich business types rather than show business gossips. It goes without saying that the location is stunning – just one of the most beautiful and desirable areas in LA.”
Hollywood real estate agent Rochelle Maize of the Nourmand & Associates agency told DailyMailTV of the community:
“Beverly Ridge Estates has just 14 homes but is very prestigious and chic. There are not many rentals on offer there because of the limited number of properties. Leases start at around $20,000 and can go up to $40,000 a month. It costs around $16 million to buy a property there.”
Casual!!
For easy access to private travel (how could we forget that scandal in the fall), they’re not far from the Van Nuys airport, and are located near some of the most elite private schools on the Westside should they decide to settle into the pad permanently and send Archie Harrison there.
