Netflix Ratings Are In Despite What They Wanted To Happen! Did Your Fave Top The List?

Netflix Original Show Ratings
Move over, Frank Underwood, your House of Cards is coming down! According to a new study, it appears that Daredevil is the new smash hit on Netflix with the most views!
Luth Research, a San Diego research company who sampled a couple thousand Netflix-ers reported to Variety that 10.7 percent of Netflix subscribers have sat down to peak at least one episode of Daredevil, starring Charlie Cox and Rosario Dawson since it first dropped on April 10. It may seem surprising to some of you HoC fans to discover that the third Season of House of Cards has only been seen by 6.5 percent of Netflix subscribers.

Daredevil wasn’t the only show to topple House of Cards; The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt managed to snag 7.3 percent of viewers to sit down for an episode while Netflix’s most recent new drama, Bloodline starring Kyle Chandler, squeaked in with 2.4 percent.
Unfortunately there wasn’t any data reported on Orange is the New Black, but we’ve got a hunch it’s not doing too shabby since it just got renewed for another season.

But don’t worry Kevin Spacey Frank, you may be down but you’re not out yet, as these numbers only take into account a sample of viewers who watch on computers, iPhones, or tablets (they’re still working on stats from people watching through TVs). But hey, it’s better than nothing since Netflix said they wouldn’t release the number of views for their original content.
Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos has good reason for this:

“The biggest [reason] is that most of the business reasons why you would publish ratings is you would use it to justify ad rates and we don’t sell advertising, and you might use it to justify carriage fees to cable operators and we don’t have those relationships with cable operators.”

But that doesn’t mean we don’t want to see how popular our faves are!
This makes us curious, Perezcious readers, what’s your favorite of the top Netflix shows???
