Nicole Richie said good morning to America on Wednesday by showing everybody her peacock…feather print dress, but not what she was hiding underneath.

The designer stopped by Times Square to plug her Macy’s Impulse collection, so naturally she wore one of her affordable frocks to chat with Lara Spencer.
To make her look pop even more, Nicole walked on set wearing bright red Christian Louboutin heels that would make Dorthy Gale jealous.
