Mother's Alleged Suicide Now Suspected To Be A Homicide! Her Policeman Husband Might've Covered It Up! Details HERE!

mothers suicide reopened as homicide because of cop husbands cover up
A mother of three named Ashley Fallis was found with a bullet in her head on New Year’s Day in 2012 at her home in Colorado.
Her death was initially ruled a suicide by the Evans Police Department and Colorado Bureau of Investigation, however, new evidence has reopened the case — and it may be that her husband, a policeman named Tom Fallis, actually murdered her!
Oh, and the detective on the case – Michael Yates – either misstated or withheld evidence to cover up the murder as a suicide!
Here’s what the police chief of Evans, Rick Brandt, said on Tuesday:

├óΓé¼┼ôThis new information includes alleged eye and ear witness accounts that we were previously unaware of and are of a serious enough nature to warrant further investigation in this case. I extend my sincere sympathy to the family of Ashely Fallis for their loss and the revisited grief that can accompany the reopening of a case such as this one.”

The omitted evidence may include the changing of a key witness’s statement including the alleged confession of the husband himself.
Originally Tom Fallis called the police when he “discovered” his wife was dead. But Ashley Fallis’ family never believed she took her own life, and reached out to a reporter to look into the matter.
Some of the evidence changed or omitted included a neighbor who heard Tom say he shot his wife, and one from the couple’s six-year-old daughter, at the time, who said:

“[I] saw daddy shoot mommy…I saw daddy getting the gun ready.”

Tom Fallis has since left the police department and lives with his children in Indiana. The detective accused of omitting key evidence is still working at the police department.
Ashley’s family is just glad that the case is being looked into again. One family member said:

“Keep continuing to believe and have always believed that at one time the truth would come forth and that time is now.”

Hopefully they’ll figure out what really happened that day.
Even if it’s takes even MORE time to look into the possible crime again!
