RHOC's David Beador's Ex-Mistress & Her Husband Publicly Speak Out On The Affair For The FIRST Time! Read The Full Statement HERE!

This situation is like a bad game of telephone!
On Saturday, Nicole McMackin (David Beador‘s ex-mistress of eight months) and Shannon Beador got into a major fight at a USC football game. While Shannon claimed that Nicole is a stalker and publicly outed her as David’s mistress in front of stunned fans, the CEO and her husband Reed McMackin are now fighting back.

In the couple’s first public statement since news of the affair broke earlier this year, the pair seem adamant about squashing this drama once and for all.
The twosome explained:

“This has been an extremely trying time. We have done our best to work through our issues in private. Nicole understands that she made a terrible mistake and there has been an incredible price paid by both families.”

Hmm, it seems hard to work on these issues in “private” when Mrs. Beador is rehashing the conflict on The Real Housewives of Orange County every week!
In fact, the McMackins addressed the public scrutiny in their message, adding:

“We want everyone to understand that we love each other very much, and that I have completely forgiven her. We have reached a place where we are moving forward as a family. We believe that our future can be one of happiness, and hope the same for the Beador family. However, it is extremely difficult to move forward with the constant attention drawn to this difficult situation by the Beadors.”

Woah. It sounds stressful to have your dirty laundry aired on TV!
To be fair, many witnesses have come forward to reveal that Nicole went out of her way to get the mom of three’s attention at the now-infamous game. On the other hand, Reed is a USC alum himself, so we bet the pair didn’t show up at Saturday’s match just to seek out the Beadors.
Sigh, we’re not sure what to believe!

“As private citizens, it is difficult to see our pictures all over the internet, and have articles written about us. This kind of attention has been extremely trying not only to us, but more importantly, our two children. We have done our very best to keep our lives, and those of our children out of the public domain. We never have, nor will we ever seek out public attention about this very painful, private matter, and we are hoping that the Beadors, Bravo, and the other cast members will allow us and our children to live our lives in peace.”

The couple closed out their statement with one last plea:

Hmm, we wonder what Shannon thinks of the McMackin’s message! Based off the pic (below)! we’re not so sure she’s too concerned!
