Sarah Jessica Parker Was Once Sent A Treadmill By A Producer -- How Offensive!

Wow, Hollywood is one crazy place, especially for women!
In a recent interview, Sarah Jessica Parker shared an INSANE story about working with the producer of Honeymoon In Vegas, a flick she co-starred in with Nicolas Cage a la 1992.
Essentially, the producer gave S.J.P. a “gift” prior to filming, and let’s just say A LOT of people would have been offended by the gesture.

The actress explained:

“I was about do Honeymoon In Vegas and before that I was off to do another movie in Iowa and the producer of Honeymoon In Vegas was very concerned about me being fit for Honeymoon In Vegas so they sent a treadmill to Iowa.”

Excuse, us?! We can’t imagine any woman being thrilled to receive an unsolicited treadmill in the mail — even if she is a beautiful movie star! Not to mention Sarah’s bod has always been bangin’ as evidenced by the insert pic (above)!
Luckily for Parker, at the time she was really into the hit ’90s workout song, Everybody Dance Now, so the fitness regime wasn’t so grueling. The mogul admitted:

“I would very diligently go out every single day and run like a lunatic to this song. And then when I went to Iowa, on the treadmill, I would continue to run to the song. And then we went to Vegas and I had a treadmill also in my room and I would get up every morning and run.”

Well, that’s one way to take the sting out of a seriously offensive situation!

Yep, those workouts did pay off — we just wish the producer didn’t go about it in such an ignorant way! The only person in charge of Sarah’s body is HER, contract or no contract!
But wait, are there any hard feelings between the Sex & The City star and her once producer? The mom of three revealed:

“I’m nothing if not amenable.”

Well, at least Sarah is mature about the situation! Way to have a positive attitude, girl!
