Taylor Swift takes over the beautiful city of Paris.
On Monday night, the Shake It Off singer performed a special “City of Lover” concert at the French capital’s Olympia Music Hall.

According to Reuters, tickets were only available through contests via radio stations and music companies.
During her set, the 29-year-old sang several tracks from her new album, Lover, for the very first time live — including Death by a Thousand Cuts, Cornelia Street, and The Man.
Per Just Jared, right before she launched into the acoustic section of her show, she told the audience:
“With this album, everything on it is something that I wrote with one instrument, starting out. Either I would write it on guitar or I would write it on piano, so I figured why not try out singing some songs for the very first time live here tonight, but because these are the first time that I’m playing all these songs with you, be so kind to sing along.”

The songstress also posted pictures of the gig on Instagram (see HERE and HERE), and penned:
“Tonight in Paris!!! Thank you to everyone who flew from all over the world to be at the City of Lover Concert!”
She added:
“Got to play some new songs from Lover acoustic tonight, this was such an awesome way to celebrate this album finally being out in the world”
As we reported, per a People source in August, boyfriend Joe Alwyn is reportedly “very supportive” of his girlfriend’s outspoken political views. The insider noted:
“Joe’s personality is great for Taylor. He is very calm and always very supportive [about her politics]. He’s sympathetic and understanding and supports her speaking out about things that she doesn’t agree with.”
Additionally, the source called their relationship “refreshing and different,” as the couple “want to keep things more quiet.”
“There’s something refreshing and different about their relationship. Joe makes Taylor very happy, and it’s hard to picture her not spending the rest of her life with him. Her family loves him. He seems older than he is and is a fantastic guy. Joe loves acting but doesn’t want to be a celebrity. They both agree that for their relationship to keep working, they want to keep things more quiet. She’s the happiest she’s ever been.”
