Regardless of their breakup and all the messy details following… it doesn’t look like disgraced reality star Tom Sandoval is leaving Ariana Madix‘s place anytime soon!
As we’ve been reporting, the TomTom co-founder dropped by Howie Mandel‘s podcast on Tuesday — and he’s been dropping some SERIOUS new deets about his months-long affair with Raquel Leviss. On Howie Mandel Does Stuff, the 39-year-old dished on some of the fallout as well. Along the way he addressed one of Vanderpump Rules fans’ biggest head-scratchers — what is he doing still living with Ariana after cheating on her and breaking up?!?

Sandoval kind of implied he doesn’t have anywhere else to go. He spilled:
“I don’t have a lot of friends I can stay with right now.”
Yeah, we wonder why he can’t stay with his friends! It’s almost like they don’t want to support a known cheater!
Innerestingly it seems like getting a new apartment was never even under consideration. Is it because he can’t afford it and the big house? Or because he just can’t bring himself to take the responsibility. We mean, he’s the cheater, obviously he should be the one to move out. Instead, he’s determined to make it work!
Continuing, the former SUR bartender said he runs things in the 5-bedroom house:
“I kind of run the house. I handle the gardening [and] the housekeeping. My assistant comes and cleans and stocks everything. I basically run everything in the house.”
Um… is he subtly implying he has the right to stay at the house because he does the chores? BRO! YOU CHEATED! GET OUT!
Another big justification for staying? Just because they live together doesn’t mean they ever see each other at all:
“[Ariana’s] in the house. This is a big house. We have a go between. We text when we’re coming and going.”
OMG, it’s literally the plot of The Breakup with Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston. He just refuses to leave!
The Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner said his run-ins with his ex weren’t “initially” great and he “had to stay away.” But even with the tension between them, the house isn’t for sale — yet:
“The house is not listed yet, no. [Ariana’s] really busy right now, she’s obviously blowing up. I’m really happy to see that. I’ve been busy as well trying to get things together.”
So another reason he shouldn’t bother leaving is because she’s too busy to sell the house right now? Man, this guy is unbelievable. How awkward it must be to still be living together after all this! But obvi SO much worse for her!
