Tori Spelling is “really excited” about the new Beverly Hills, 90210!
Last week, while appearing on Access, the actress — who appeared on the hit show from 1990-2000 — accidentally confirmed the reboot is happening with most of the original cast.

In an interview with People on Wednesday, the 45-year-old revealed more about the highly anticipated project. She said:

“We’re all really excited to get back to work with each other every day… We’ve come full circle and it feels really great. This is the ultimate high school reunion and we’re going to be back together every day and I’m so excited.”

According to Spelling, the reboot “is the OG crew back together and [they’re] playing heightened versions of [themselves],” adding:

“The fans will be pleasantly surprised, though, because we will intercut that with scenes from the show. So it’ll be a whole ensemble cast playing a heightened version of themselves. Almost everybody.”

While most of the “OG crew” is returning, Luke Perry — who played Dylan McKay — “will do as many [episodes] as he can do,” as he currently stars on Riverdale.
As for Shannen Doherty, who played Brenda Walsh, the cast “would love to have her on,” though there “is no status right now.”
Original actors — Jennie Garth, Jason Priestley, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris — are also attached.
The teen drama ran for 10 seasons on Fox.
