In response to the sudden, violent, and tragic loss of her son, Jennifer Hudson's sister, Julia, has taken to her public MySpace to express her grief.

Her words are painful to read and a reminder to live life to the fullest, always letting your loved ones know how much you care about them.

We know, we know.

Innocent until proven guilty.

But…..

The guy who likely killed Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and little nephew should have been behind bars for violating his probation earlier this summer. Instead, he was allowed to remain on the streets and…..

According to a report by the Associated Press, the #1 suspect, William Balfour, was arrested for drug possession in June while out on parole.

It's not clear why state officials didn't revoke his parole at that time.

Balfour was doing time in jail for - among other things - attempted murder.

Also, parole records indicate that Balfour missed a meeting with his parole agent on Friday, the day the Hudson murders took place.

As we've previously mentioned, he's being held by authorities but hasn't been charged (yet) with the Hudson killings.

We also don't understand why nothing was done about the previous threats he made against the Hudsons.

Our heart aches for poor Jennifer and her sister and her entire family.

Jennifer Hudson's brother in law, ex-con William Balfour, remains the #1 suspect in the triple homicide of her mother, brother and 7-year old nephew.

And, according to police sources, it seems Balfour's girlfriend has contradicted his alibi and he's been caught in another undisclosed lie as well.

A neighbor who lives on the same block says he remembers seeing a man he believes was Balfour drive up in a white SUV and park it on the block around Noon on Friday. That's about three hours after the murders.

The neighbor also added that the man got out of the car carrying what looked like a bottle of liquor and then walked into the home where Balfour was later arrested that day.

Reports claim that Balfour and Hudson's sister may have been arguing Friday morning, the day of the tragic killings. A family friend even said that Balfour had made previous threats against the family and Julian.

Balfour is currently still being held for violating his parole on a conviction back in 1999 for attempted murder and vehicular hijacking. He served nearly seven years in prison.

He should have spent more time in jail!

Now, he'll be lucky to get a life sentence, if he's not executed!

The FBI has now confirmed that the dead body discovered in the missing white SUV on Monday is indeed that of Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, Julian.

We pray that Jennifer, her sister and their entire family are given the strength they need right now.

It's all just so unimaginable.

Chicago police just found the white SUV and there was a small boy (dead) in the car.

Authorities are saying it is likely Jennifer Hudson's missing nephew, Julian King.

They found the car 14 miles away from the Crime Scene.

The Cook County medical examiner's office has sent investigators to the scene in the 1300 block of South Kolin, where the boy was found around 8 a.m. today, an office spokesman said.

We're not one to promote violence, but the monster responsible for these murders needs to die!!!

Thank You All

Thank you all for your prayers and your calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely. If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately. Here is a picture of Julian and what he was last seen wearing. Once again thank you all for being there for us through this tough time.

And, according to a statement released from Jennifer's reps, a substantial reward is now being offered for the safe return of Julian:

Jennifer Hudson and her family are offering a reward of $100,000 for the safe return of her nephew Julian King who has been missing since Friday, October 24th.  We ask that all inquiries be directed to the Chicago Police Department, Area 1 Detective Division at 312/747-8380. 

Jennifer and her family appreciate the enormous amount of love, support and prayers they have received while she and her family try to cope with this tragedy and continue the search for Julian.

We are praying for little Julian.

Our thoughts are with the Hudson family.

As the search continues for her nephew….

Presidential candidate Barack Obama issued the following statement regarding Jennifer Hudson's tragic loss:

"Michelle and I were absolutely heartbroken to learn about this unimaginable tragedy and we want Jennifer to know that she is in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. We also pray for the swift and safe return of her young nephew."

The Obamas had requested that their fellow Chicagoan, Jennifer, sing the national anthem at the Democratic National convention earlier this year.

Jennifer was also in the thoughts and prayers of her fellow American Idol Season 3 contestants.

Diana DeGarmo, who finished second that season, told Access Hollywood, "I was completely shocked and stunned when I heard about this tragedy. I know how important Jennifer’s mother and brother were to her, especially because her father was never in the picture. They were so nice and so pleasant. Jennifer always spoke about her mom, how close they were and how much of a ‘big sister’ role her mom played in her life. I can’t imagine what she is going through. I hope everybody gives Jennifer her space to deal with this because I know how much they will be missed by her. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Jennifer and we are here for you.”

Former contestant Camile Velasco said Jennifer's mom was a wonderful woman and expressed extreme shock, like us all, “This news caught me off guard. I met Jennifer’s mom when she came to the set in L.A. and I also went to Jennifer’s home on the South Side of Chicago during the ‘American Idol’ tour and spent time with her mom. She was a great lady, real sweet and a great supporter of Jennifer’s who was happy and glad for her daughter’s success. Jennifer has great faith in God and is loved by so many so I hope that will get her through this ordeal. She has my love and support and I am here for her if she needs me.”

In other related news, the FBI has joined in the search for Jennifer's 7-year old nephew, Julian. As y'all know, he disappeared after the Hudson family slayings.

In what can only be described as a nightmare come to life, Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were brutally murdered on Friday by what appears to be a disgruntles family member.

Here is the latest on this horrific story:

- It was Jennifer's older sister, Julia Hudson, who made the gruesome discovery after returning home from her day shift at a bus company.

- She summoned the police and also reportedly told them that her seven-year-old son was missing.

- Authorities immediately issued an all points bulletin for the missing boy, Julian King.

- Police said the youngster might have been abducted from the home and could be in the company of William Balfour, a suspect in the double homicide, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Balfour is also Julian's step-father.

- Balfour reportedly stole Jason Hudson's car on Friday, a white Chevrolet Suburban truck.

- On his MySpace page, Balfour described himself as a "proud parent" and played up his links to Jennifer Hudson. "I might as well let you all know that Jennifer Hudson is my wife's sister. I'm proud of her and wish her nothing but the best in what she do. But don't hit me up asking about her, other than that it's on!" he wrote.

- Balfour is currently on parole after serving six and a half years for attempted murder. He also has a conviction for possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

- The ex-con was taken into custody by police late Friday.

- Balfour was not co-operating with investigators and was not disclosing the whereabouts of the seven-year-old boy.
