Jennifer Hudson has said that she'd be willing to put on weight for a movie role. Correct us if we're wrong, but for someone who used to struggle with their weight, playing with it might not be the best thing ever. Especially since you've worked so hard in keeping it off!

Plus it seemingly goes against her help with the Weight Watchers campaign where she's been inspiring those who need to lose weight — what kind of message does it send if you're willing to toy with your weight for a movie??

We learned not too long ago that Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson turned down the role of Precious that later went to Gabourey Sidibe. The reason she gave for turning down another shot at an Oscar nom was weight related, as she had said:

Jennifer Hudson may have lost about 80 pounds since releasing her self-titeled debut album in 2008, but that doesn't mean she looked bad before!

Record executives, on the other hand, felt it was necessary to alter her waistline on the album cover WITHOUT Jennifer's permission to sell more copies.

Four years later, the Academy Award winning actress and singer STILL hasn't forgiven them for sending such a superficial message to her fans. During Sunday's Dateline interview, Jennifer explained>:

Jennifer Hudson performed a duet of Whitney Houston's I Believe In You And Me with herself in the latest Weight Watchers commercial.

That's right. Herself!

The commercial highlights the singer's impressive weight loss and will hopefully inspire others to do the same.

Jennifer Hudson is not only teaching her fans to live a healthier lifestyle by her own example, but by opening a a new weight loss center!

The Oscar winning singer and actress — who lost an incredible 80 pounds while acting as Weight Watchers spokeswoman — is opening the Jennifer Hudson Weight Watchers Center on Tuesday in Chicago!

The native of the city is also donating a portion of the center's revenue to a foundation in honor of her nephew, Julian King, who tragically lost his life as a result of senseless violence.

Words can not express how much we LOVE this woman and respect everything she is doing with her life!

We wish her Weight Watchers center the best of luck as they help others achieve the weight loss success that Jennifer has!
