OMG, this is so heartbreaking!

It ain't the Billboard Music Awards, but this performance had to be seen anyway!

After Kesha's ability to perform was nixed by legal adversary Dr. Luke, she just had to get the song out anyway.

Kesha's Mom GOES OFF On NY Judge Who Denied Her Daughter's Injunction After Dr. Luke Cancels The Singer's Billboard Music Awards Performance!

See what she has to say!

Kesha has already reacted to her cancelled Billboard Music Awards performance, but now it's her mom's turn to sound off on the controversial call.

And to say she's not happy is a HUGE understatement.

On Wednesday, Pebe Sebert took to Twitter to call out the people responsible for pulling the plug on her daughter's upcoming performance. And believe it or not, she's not taking aim at Dr. Luke — well, not directly.

The 60-year-old went on social media to completely slam the American legal system, firing shots at the New York judge who denied the pop star her injunction bid to get out of a contract with her alleged abuser.

And while the Kemosabe label head was the one who decided to yank Kesha from the show, the momma-of-three decided to place blame on the woman who allowed the Sony producer to continue controlling her daughter's career, writing:

To say that Kesha has had a rough year seems like a bit of an understatement.

Not only was the We R Who We R singer denied her injunction bid against Dr. Luke, but now she won't be performing at the Billboard Music Awards!

On Tuesday we learned that the music producer was not going to allow her to perform at the award show this Sunday — probably because he heard rumors that she was planning a 'statement performance.'

Despite Kesha taking to Instagram to share that her number at the award show was not going to address her history with the producer and simply be a tribute to Bob Dylan, it looks like she's one act that we'll have to miss.

But what puzzles us is that a source told People the 29-year-old wrote to Dr. L about the performance before he canceled it! The insider dished:

What a shame…

As we wrote, Kesha was supposed to perform at the Billboard Music Awards on May 22 where she was reportedly going to make direct references to Dr. Luke. They were rumors she was even going to include his picture!

Sadly, on Tuesday, her performance was cancelled after the record producer heard about her intentions.

Later that day, the We R Who We R star took to Instagram to clarify what she was planning to do.

Dr. Luke Won't Let Kesha Perform At The Billboard Music Awards After All!

Well it was nice while it lasted…

Kesha and Dr. Luke have been wrapped up in the biggest legal battle of the year for what seems like an eternity, but we were pleasantly surprised when we heard that she was making new music again.

However, it seems as though K was a little too quick to voice her interest in publicly shaming the record exec with a "statement performance" at this year's Billboard Music Awards, because he pretty much just blocked her from showing up. AGAIN!!!

Apparently, the Kemosabe boss originally agreed to let Kesha perform some of her songs LIVE at this Sunday's awards show, but changed his mind last minute when he heard that she was planning on directly referencing their sexual assault case during the act.

While the pop star could still take the stage to perform songs that aren't her own… we're not sure that ABC would want to risk upsetting Sony without the guaranteed ratings.

Still, we're also hearing Kesha will be in attendance in Las Vegas regardless, so at least she's not backing down!

You'll just have to catch The Billboard Music Awards hosted by Ciara and Ludacris this Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on ABC to see if Kesha makes good on her promise!
