First, Ke$ha voiced her concern of Lady Gaga's fur loving ways, through her words AND a fake letter.

Now it's Def Jam's Russell Simmons' turn.

The mogul, who also founded Phat Farm, has written his own letter on Global Grind to Mother Monster, criticizing her choice to wear fur.

There is a letter going around the internet that is supposed to be from Ke$ha to Lady Gaga calling her out on wearing real fur.

This letter has been called "not legit" by Ke$ha's management team, saying she didn't write it, but that doesn't make it any less true.

Ke$ha LOOOOVES animals! She's the Humane Society's Global Ambassador!

The hoax (but still true) letter said:

"It upsets me to see you, a role model to many, especially those who are fashion forward would openly endorse such a cruel and inhumane practice. Animals are skinned and tortured for hours in order to make the fur that you, and other individuals of the upper class, lavishing wear around proudly."

The letter then begs Gaga to change her ways, saying:

"I can not begin to explain the amount of torture, harm and cruelty that is used when handling these animals that are ultimately killed for your pleasure. I hope this note has struck a chord with you and you strongly reconsider your decision to wear fur again."

Again, we know the letter is fake but everything it says still rings true.

Wearing fur is wrong and cruel and should not be done by ANYONE.

Especially someone others might consider a role model.

Ke$ha is the Humane Society International's first global ambassador for animals so of course she'd speak out against the senseless slaughter of baby seals.

In Canada every year, fishermen literally go out an club baby seals to death.

This is beyond barbaric and needs to stop.

Join Ke$ha in the call to boycott Canadian seafood to send a message to Canada: we like our food cruelty-free!

Lots of celebs are coming out against Ringling Bros. for their treatment of their elephants.

They recently had to pay a $270,000 fine for violating the animal welfare act.

Ke$ha has now joined in to take a stand against Ringling and their abuse.

She tweeted:

Everyone knows Ke$ha is a HUGE fan of glitter.

It's kinda a staple of her style.

She tweeted:

"My friend tessr's dog threw up glitter on her bed today…no BS. Bitches love glitter!"

She even loves glitter when it's shooting out of dog's mouths!

LOLz!

In one of her songs, Ke$ha may describe herself as a "carnivore animal" who "eats boys up," but in South Africa there's a Ke$ha who's a REAL man eater!

She's a lion cub living at the Ukutula Lion Park & Lodge in South Africa.

Ke$ha, the human singer, recently took a plane, boat, bus and then walked to the game farm outside Johannesburg to help rehabilitate the lions.

She said:

"Helping to rehabilitate an orphaned lion cub was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

Being with animals re-energizes me, and this trip just reminded me how important it is for me to do everything in my power to help protect them."

She posted the above pic of the two of them to her twitter and wrote:

"me + baby lion ke$ha"

Her and the lion became very close but she was happy to say goodbye.

"I was glad to leave my lion, because an animal like that should live in the wild. Keeping it confined is really just inhumane. Hopefully she will be back roaming freely on the nature preservation soon."

We all knew Ke$ha was an animal lover but she's really putting her money where her mouth is and actually going to Africa to save the animals!

Also it got her a lion cub named after her which is ah-may-zing!

As the Humane Society International’s first Global Ambassador, Ke$ha has found a new cause to champion.

While on an island in the South Pacific she and a friend saw two abused street dogs "who literally had been super glued together."

They were able to separate the dogs but there are still many more homeless and abused dogs who need help.
