Just when Shakira and Usher were giving a healthy boost to the ratings, The Voice is going through ANOTHER coach change!

And in a shocking twist, they're replacing Shak with her own baby!

Sure, it's unorthodox and probably illegal, but just look at how adorable Milan looks in that giant chair!

OK, he isn't really going to replace Shakira, but Mommy did bring him to work! She posted this pic to her Facebook, saying:

Well, we didn't expect her to take any of this lightly!

But when it comes to the $100 million lawsuit Shakira is currently facing against her ex-lover, Antonio de la Rua, that claims he was her manager during their 11-year-relationship and that she owes him a significant chunk of her earnings, the Latino pop sensation is biting back…and with some serious VENGEANCE!

In recently-filed legal documents responding to the suit, Shakira asserts that

On Friday, the Hips Don't Lie songstress took to her Twitter to upload a polaroid of her baby daddy Gerard Pique and her cute son, Milan as they patiently waited for a passport.

The Voice newcomer had us saying 'oh la la' on Wednesday during the launch of her S by Shakira fragrance at Shephora in Paris.

Dressed in all black, Shaki looked like a total MILF in J Brand leather pants, a lace top that showed off her new mom cleavage, a black lace blazer and Alaia ankle boots.

The coaches on NBC’s The Voice sure hit the ground running! What’s more, Shakira and Usher — filling in for Christina Aguilera and Cee Loo Green this season — wasted no time joining Adam Levine and Blake Shelton in their race to form their team of talented potentials.

With a stellar opening number (above) — the coaches’ rendition of the Beatles Come Together, each performing with their own instruments no less — the bar was set higher than it has been in the past! One word: WOW.

But the truly unforgettable performances of the night came from Judith Hill and The Morgan Twins. Ch-ch-check ‘em out…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
