Well, it had a good run.

After months of speculation, Whitney Port finally confirmed to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show this morning that MTV's The City has been canceled.

"As of right now it doesn't really look like we're doing it anymore," said Whitney. And when asked if there was a possibility that the show might move to a different network, she replied, "No, at this point it's not."

But luckily, Whitney is staying positive and already looking forward to the next step in her life. The fashion designer says, "I'm working on some other things. It's okay, one door closes and another opens."

What a great attitude!

We come bearing bad news for Whitney Port.

She is being invaded by The She-Pratt!!!

Sources are alleging that Stephanie Pratt may be moving to NYC once The Hills is officially finished. The move would put her in a prime position to weasel her way into The Hills spin-off, The City.

Geez! Someone get some Raid because this roach just won't leave!

If she does manage to get put on The City, it means some MAJOR drama for Whitney & Co., especially Roxy Olin, who was once besties with Pratt and now has some serious "bad blood" with her.

We can see why that would be appealing for MTV execs, but if they had any pity on the world, they would cut this bitch loose!

Well, we do hear The City might be canceled — girlfriend needs to make money somehow!

Whitney Port is the new spokeswoman for acne-fighting treatment, Zeno and will film a new campaign tomorrow for the Zeno Heat Treat product.

The commercial will feature Whit with the cream on her face while she's poolside in a white bikini…

The Hills is on it's way out, but is The City hot on it's heels?

Rumor has it that MTV is thinking about canceling The City, having the current season be its last.

The Hills spin-off is pretty popular and far less annoying than its predecessor, but it doesn't pull in nearly the ratings. Some sources believe that it might not actually be MTV that is done with show as much as Whitney Port is ready to move on.

That we could understand. Part of becoming L.C 2.0 is leaving your MTV show on a pivotal high note and plummeting right into your "novel."

Whitney Port is "in shock" over her former cast mates' behavior.

And we couldn't agree more!

She goes on to say:

"I feel like they're all self-imploding or something…I don't know how it got so out of control. I think they're just going crazy. I don't want to say so much because I feel like they're going to attack me."

You don't have to worry about that, Whitney!

The whole cast is soon going to disappear and (hopefully) will never be heard from ever again!

Seriously? Who is going to read this?!

Whitney Port will be "writing" True Whit for It Books to be published in 2011.

The publisher says it will be a "conversational, fun, and candid guide for girls looking to start out [in life] with style."

But nobody cares what Whitney thinks! Port says:

"Being a twenty-something can be a difficult phase. There are so many questions, and I wanted to write about my experiences for anyone who needs help navigating through life. It's a really fun and fresh how-to-guide where I can share anecdotes that I've learned from both work and my personal life."

YAWN! Anyone can get a book deal these days!

The Coachella Music Festival kicked off this weekend and the rich and famous have flocked to the Polo fields of Indio.

Celeb sighting are not limited to Katy Perry, John Mayer, Paris and Nicky Hilton, Kelly Osbourne, Anne Hathaway, Agyness Deyn, Mischa Barton, Dita Von Teese, Pink, Dave Grohl, Camilla Belle, Kristin Cavallari, Whitney Port, Chris Klein, Pixie and Peaches Geldof, Kate Bosworth, Busy Phillips, Drea de Matteo and uh, Danny DeVito.

If Mr. DeVito is there, you know it's gonna be a good time! Ha.
