This is not good…
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick is currently under investigation after a woman told police he sexually assaulted her in Miami!
According to a police report filed by the accuser, the alleged crime took place at Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette’s apartment.
That’s where Kaepernick was hanging with Lockette and San Fran receiver Quinton Patton. The woman joined them around 9pm, admitting that she mixed shots for the three NFL players but they told her:
├óΓé¼┼ô…in order to drink the shots she had to ‘hit’ the bong which contained marijuana.”
Afterwards, the woman explains that she felt lightheaded and went to lie down in a bedroom. Kaepernick came up behind her and started kissing her.
After making out for awhile, Kaepernick allegedly started to undress her until she was completely naked. That’s when he told her he would be back and left the bedroom.
While still naked and in bed, the woman told cops both Patton and Lockette opened the door and “peeked” inside. She told them to get out and then doesn├óΓé¼Γäót remember anything after that.
She woke up later in a hospital bed with no memory of how she got there or who took her! This girl also claims to have had a sexual relationship with Kaepernick in the past.
The 49ers organization learned of the accusations today and have announced they too are looking into the situation for further details. No charges have been filed against Kaepernick yet, with the investigation still in early stages.
