As if we couldn’t love David Beckham any more!
David decided to give a 16 year old fan the birthday of a lifetime.
Will Kitching has been battling an eating disorder, because one jerk of a coach thought it was a good idea to tell him at 14 that he needed to lose weight.
This kind of negative influence led to Will dropping down to 84 pounds.
Beckham heard his story and to celebrate his recovery, he invited him out to California to meet him and his Los Angeles Galaxy teammates.
Here’s what Will’s dad says:
“He was training when we arrived but came straight across. David was brilliant and chatted for ages.”
Will added this:
“Becks signed my golden boots. It’s a birthday I will never forget.”
Amazing!
We’re so sorry you had to go through all that Will, but we know you’re strong enough to beat it!
We just know it!
