Gwen Stefani Admits She Was Nervous About Working With Hubby Gavin Rossdale On The Voice! She Was Afraid THIS Would Happen!

Aw! There’s always a first for everything, even when it comes to working professionally with your significant other!
Gwen Stefani doesn’t strike us as the kind of person who gets nervous about anything! She just has so much confidence about her!
But there is one thing that gave her anxiety — it was working with her husband, Gavin Rossdale on The Voice!
Kinda strange since they’ve been married for 12 years now!
Her hubby was brought onto the singing competition to coach her team of singers and Gwen admitted that whole situation was straight awkward.
She said:

“It was just awkward. We’ve only collaborated on making babies.”

HA! Way to be candid, Gwen!
Thankfully the No Doubt singer got over the initial stage of awkwardness.
While Gwen did express her worries on whether or not the two lovebirds would disagree on giving advice to a contestant, she revealed that the scenario she was worried about didn’t happen at all!
She said:

“It was just so fun. It was right at the beginning of the show and I was just getting my feet wet, so having him there was kind of rad.”

See? Everything turned out fabulous!
Maybe we’ll see some possible collaborations between Gavin and Gwen in the future!
You know, not of the baby making kind, the musical kind!
