The oldest — and sometimes the wisest — sister is speaking… so shut up and listen!
Kourtney Kardashian appears on Monday morning’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and in so doing, she catches host Ellen DeGeneres up on ALL the family drama which, as you know, it can be quite a time commitment to keep up with all the Kardashians! Ha!!

Most pressing for the daytime TV host, like it is for the rest of us, is the status of Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson‘s star-crossed relationship — and Kourt was only too happy to share some dirt and clear some things up about what’s going on between True Thompson‘s parents.
When Ellen pondered whether there may be a light at the end of the tunnel for KoKo and her NBA baby-daddy, the Poosh founder clarified some things (below):
“I mean, I don’t know. I know that she’s very strong. I just feel likes she’s in a really good place. I know what it’s like to want to make your family stay together, because I worked really hard at that for many years [with Scott Disick]. think she is just like, this is what is happening right now. I think she is really good at dealing with her emotions. I think moments like this really bring our family closer together and you realize how important family is. I think that’s the best she can do — and she’s the best mom to her daughter. That’s like where all her energy is going toward.”
Interesting… We know Khloé has been proudly showing off True’s first steps on video all weekend long, so the baby sis is certainly living that mom life right now!
Oh, and speaking of Scott, it sounds like he’s finally in a good place as a father! It took a lot of years and a ton of relationship drama with Kourt, damnit, but The Lord Disick has apparently settled into his groove as a dad of three small kids!
Kourt revealed more (below):
“We get along really well. We travel together with the kids. He definitely makes it clear that the kids are his priority. He checks in with me every morning, throughout the day, every night, just to make sure that I’m good and the kids are good. It’s such a nice change. I feel likes he’s finally grown up.”
Wow!
Is that the Sofia Richie influence working wonders on Scott right now?! Or something else???

It wasn’t all serious relationship talk on Ellen, though — the 40-year-old definitely still had some time to make fun of Kim Kardashian West, too!
As you all know, Kanye West‘s wife is admirably working hard to pass the bar exam and become a lawyer — but while the reality TV maven has thrown herself into the work, her older sister is clearly a little more annoyed by it!
When Ellen asked Kourtney whether Kim is now “talking all lawyer-y and stuff” because of her studies, the KUWTK star was none too happy to reveal (below):
“There’s a… yes, and everything’s a liability. Like when we were at one of our Sunday services that [her husband] Kanye does, and she’s like… it was indoors, in the beginning. It was indoors. And she’s like, ‘Oh, my gosh, this is such a liability.’ Like everything she’ll mention now, she’ll be like, ‘If this person’s on your property — like she just, she knows all these laws now. It’s so…”
As Kourt trailed off, Ellen finished the thought with one word: “Annoying!”
That drew quite a laugh from the audience and the momma of three herself. It’s pretty funny to, like, think of Kim going, like, totally heavy on the legal jargon, ya know?!
