Looks like someone revisited the plastic surgeon!

Meg Ryan is on the cover of the December/January issue of Signature Magazine, and her mug is lookin’ pretty young.

But those fish lips have got to go!

Why would she revert back to that just when she was starting to look normal again?

Though at 48-years-old, her body does look bangin’.
