Usher Beats Ex-Wife In Court To Retain Custody Of Their Children!

The judge has spoken!!

Usher will remain guardian to his two children; the emergency custody hearing filed by his ex-wife Tameka Foster has been dismissed by he judge.

She was granted the hearing earlier this week after their five-year-old son, allegedly left unsupervised, nearly drowned in Usher’s pool.

Apparently the Fulton County judge overseeing the proceedings didn’t think this was a case of negligence because he ruled Usher Raymond V will stay in his father’s custody!

We just hope their adorable little boy makes a full recovery soon!
