Peter Madrigal is ready to bring the receipts!
The longtime Vanderpump Rules star — who very briefly dated Raquel Leviss last year not long after she split things off from now-ex-fiancé James Kennedy — is speaking out about the infamous Scandoval affair. And per Peter, it sounds like Raquel and Tom Sandoval may have been romantically involved with each other since before we all first realized!!

According to the 38-year-old SUR manager, Tom sent him a text back at the beginning of this year asking about the timeline of Peter’s short and ill-fated dating dalliance with Raquel. The impetus for this text query was the season 10 premiere of Vanderpump Rules, which aired for the public on Bravo at the start of February. In that ep, Madrigal asked the 28-year-old Leviss on a date.
But as Peter explained on Kristen Doute‘s podcast Sex, Love, and What Else Matters late last week, Sandoval got an early look at that season premiere episode back in January. When he saw it, the cover band king wanted to know what was up!!
Madrigal explained to Doute about what happened to him at the very start of 2023:
“I get an interesting text from one Tom Sandoval. He hasn’t texted me in six months. And then he texts me and he says, and I quote, ‘dude, exclamation point. Just watched the first episode LOL, exclamation point. Did you bang Raquel the night after SUR, exclamation point, question mark, crying laughing face.'”
Madrigal thought the emoji use was very strange, and not at all in character for Sandoval.
As Peter explained to Doute on the ‘cast, he was skeptical about how VPR producers might be portraying him on camera:
“If you go through my text messages with Tom Sandoval, he never texts me emojis. Never does. At the time, I am so disconnected, I didn’t even think about it. What I’m thinking is, ‘how are they portraying me on the show?’ So, I call him. He was all like, ‘oh, no, I was just was wondering if you banged Raquel that night.'”
Once Madrigal actually got around to watching the episode early, he was confused why Sandoval would text him about it. After all, he simply saw exactly what happened while they filmed: a pretty run-of-the-mill date with Leviss to get nachos.
But now that Peter knows what we all know — about Tom and Raquel’s months-long affair behind Ariana Madix‘s back — it all suddenly made sense for the SUR manager. He explained his epiphany to Doute on the podcast:
“I don’t know why she responded, like, ‘ugh.’ And now I know why. She was already dating Tom Sandoval. She was already having sex with Tom. And that text message from him proves it.”
Damn!
Now, Madrigal believes his very brief on-air connection to Raquel was merely a distraction that worked well for her to turn attention away from the beginning of her fling with Sandoval! And considering the Madrigal-Leviss storyline first started up in July of 2022, that would mean Tom and Raquel could have been having their affair a couple months more before anybody even started to suspect it?!

Using Leviss’ birth name on this new podcast chat, Madrigal said:
“I am glad that I dodged a bullet named Rachel. I have proof. I was used as a scapegoat.”
Yikes!
Later in the podcast, Doute asked Madrigal to play a game of “Marry, F**k, Kill” with his exes — Leviss, Stassi Schroeder, and Katie Maloney. Without missing a beat, Peter explained:
“At this point, I would marry Katie, f**k Stassi, and kill Rachel. I will never use the word ‘Raquel’ again. Rachel.”
Damn! Madrigal is definitely NOT holding back!!
