Well, this is, um, inneresting, to say the least.

UPDATE 10:50 A.M. EST: According to TMZ, legal docs filed by Amber Heard's team reveal "an emergency" came up, which is why the actress is unable to be in court for her deposition on August 12 at 10 A.M.
And it's made clear in the papers that "to no fault of her own, Amber was unable to arrange for a flight to travel from London."
Her lawyers, Samantha Spector and Joseph Koening are pushing to move the deposition to Saturday, August 13. Additionally, the two also take stabs at Johnny Depp's legal team, adding:
"Johnny's counsel continues to wage a malicious war against Amber in the Court of Public Opinion in an effort to intimidate and discourage Amber from telling the truth… "It is a disturbing shame that Johnny's lawyers continue to pursue a relentless personal attack against Amber."
Finally, Heard's team also fired off a letter to his counsel alleging he went back on a settlement agreement. So as of now, it looks like an offer has been sent to the actor for approval.

Well, according to TMZ, the Magic Mike XXL actress is allegedly still in London despite being ordered to
As we previously reported, the Pirates of the Caribbean star's attorneys have collected TWENTY witnesses who are ready to testify on behalf of the A-lister in his divorce drama against Miz Heard. However, it seems Depp's lawyers' main strategy is to paint the 30-year-old as a liar.
How do we know this? Well, it's said the legal team plans to have Johnny testify about how The Rum Diary starlet straight up lied during
The divorce drama continues.
But on Tuesday, a judge ordered that the hearing will be pushed back, and Miz Heard's temporary restraining order will be extended to the new date.
The actor's lawyer, Laura Wasser, and his former flame's attorneys, Samantha Spector and Joseph P. Koenig, appeared before a judge for a status hearing regarding the scandalous case.
The legal teams mostly focused on their clients' depositions, and Miz Wasser insisted that the 53-year-old won't be testifying until after the Texas native has her depo.
So, the judge scheduled both depositions for later this week. The court also stressed that Johnny is not allowed to attend Amber's interview, and vice versa.
Laura also requested
In what's officially the messiest divorce in a very long time, the 53-year-old actor's legal team is coming to their client's defense after Amber's rep denied reports saying the actress refused to be questioned after showing up hella late at her deposition on Saturday.
New legal docs filed by Johnny's lawyer Laura Wasser argue not only was the Danish Girl star nearly two hours late, but she refused to go under oath during her nine hours at the court house.
Wasser even claims the 30-year-old threw a fit — "crying, yelling, and screaming in defiance" — when asked to submit herself for questioning at 2 p.m. and again at 5:30 p.m.
The documents also say Heard didn't turn over the paperwork requested of her from Depp's team — and because of her refusal to cooperate, Wasser is asking for either Amber to be prohibited from testifying during the trial next week, or for the domestic violence case to be dismissed altogether.

UPDATE 1:11 PM EST: Amber's team plans to present "videos and audios" of the actress interacting with Johnny at their home. At this time, the content of the materials are unclear.
Johnny Depp's legal team isn't messing around!
Following Amber Heard's deposition drama this past Saturday, more info about the couple's upcoming legal showdown has come to light. From confirmed witnesses to new evidence, it's clear Depp is more than ready to face off with Heard's team in court next week.
According to sources close to J.D., he has TWENTY witnesses ready to testify on his behalf against Ambs' allegations of domestic abuse. The impressive list includes two responding officers who dealt with Johnny and the actress' May 21 fight, five concierges in the couple's building who didn't observe injuries on Amber, and two security guards who were also present at the time of the supposed abuse.
In addition to the witnesses above, Depp's housekeeper Hilda Vargas will testify about a "discovery in the home." While we're not sure what the "discovery" entails, it sounds like it could be damning.
Depp's lawyer also submitted a mysterious photo which will be withheld until the first court date for "privacy reasons."
As for A.H., she only has seven witnesses on her roster. The list includes
So, we told you about reports saying Amber Heard not only arrived super late for her deposition in her dramatic divorce and domestic violence case with Johnny Depp… but also that the actress didn't answer a SINGLE question when that's kinda the whole point.
Well now the 30-year-old's team is responding to those claims — and they are not here for it!
The actress' rep told TMZ:
"Although she was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition, it was not taken by Johnny's attorneys. She waited for 10 hours and at no time did Amber ever refuse to start the deposition. There was nothing preventing Johnny's counsel from commencing the deposition."
This is such a mess!
No answers were given for why Johnny's lawyers didn't question Amber, especially when they were both present in the courthouse with a reporter and videographer on hand.
Additionally, Amber's rep says the 53-year-old was supposed to have his deposition on Wednesday, but is now unable to do so for an undisclosed reason.
On top of all that, the beauty's people say the actress was only late to the depo because she was blindsided by paparazzi. Hmmm…
We'll keep you updated as this divorce progresses (if it does…).

This is strange.
Isn't the whole point of a deposition to answer questions under oath? Especially when it's court-appointed?
Well, not only did Miz Heard not testify about anything, she was never in the same room as her former flame's lawyers, the videographer, and the court reporter.
Instead, the 30-year-old was in a nearby office, according to sources connected to the blonde.
But the Texas native showed up at 11:30 a.m. and didn't leave until 9 p.m…. so what was she doing that entire time if she wasn't actually getting deposed?
Apparently, insiders explain that
