If this is true, it may be a LONG time before she ever gets full custody of her kids back!
Brooke Mueller has apparently never, ever been alone with her twin boys, Bob and Max.
Whereas Denise Richards has only been primary caretaker of the boys for a short time, yet we bet she's been alone with them at least once a day since taking over.
Say what you will about Michael Lohan, but at least the man pays his child support bills! Sometimes it just takes him a little while!
Lindsay Lohan's dad was ordered by the court to pay $1,500 each month for each of his minor children, and considering only Cody is underage, he should have been able to keep up without too much trouble.
But unfortunately he missed a payment or two or ten! So when he was FINALLY ordered to cough up the dough, he had to cut a check for $30,422!
That's a lot of cheese!
So what kept Michael from paying over the years?

Because she continues to say that her sex tape was for her own personal use!!!

Charlie Sheen was in court, and apparently bore witness to a shocking report regarding the conditions of Brooke Mueller's house.
No further details are available since the judge presiding over the case has issued a gag order on all parties involved.
We're not 100% sure what was going on in Brooke's house, but we were VERY pleased to hear that Denise Richards was awarded extended custody of Brooke's kids, as expected.
This is not the first time in the past month that Kim Porter has been accused of bad behavior.
But while the first nanny said Diddy's baby mama was doing drugs, this one is all about the money- and she's not just going after the lady of the house!!
Former nanny Amanda Jansen has filed suit in L.A. County Superior Court for back pay, and she's going right after Diddy's company!
Genius!
That's what we'd say to the creator of this neat ad if we ever met them.
A new Spanish anti-abuse ad shows adults one message, and kids another!
For adults - the picture is of a kid and says "sometimes, child abuse is only visible to the child suffering it."
For kids - the picture changes to the same kid but with a bruised face and reads "if somebody hurts you, phone us and we’ll help you", and provides a phone number.
We're super curious if an ad like this can help abused kids because that would obviously be incredible.
