Stella McCartney was a red carpet favorite at Monday night's Met Gala, even more so than McQueen.

One of the many celebs wearing the British designer was Eva Mendes, who opted for sapphire-colored one sleeve pleated gown and gold belt.

We're not crazy about this look, especially since Eva's known for taking fashion risks.

This is just too safe.

Last month, we learned that a bunch of potential leading ladies were up for two major roles in the upcoming Total Recall remake.

Now, it looks like Jessica Biel has beaten out Eva Green, Eva Mendes, and Paula Patton for the role of Melina, the woman who helps protagonist Quaid get to the bottom of the Mars scandal.

Guess we'll find out soon if she officially signs on to the project.

Wow! This brings us back to Mike Nichols' 2004 intense drama Closer!

Check out the trailer (above) for Last Night, a seriously intense romance/drama starring Keira Knightley, Sam Worthington, Eva Mendes, and the totally seksi Guillaume Canet.

It's certainly NOT cool to be unfaithful, buuuut we can't blame Keira's character for wanting Guillame Canet.

SO HAWT! We'd love him to be our petit ami (That's French for Boyfriend). LOLz.

Everybody knows that Hollywood is remaking Total Recall because, well, it was awesome to begin with and why not?

People also know the new movie, once graced by the darling Ah-nold Schwarzenegger, is going to be starring that seksi bad-boy Colin Farrell. That's as far as casting has gone.

The other roles to fill are the ones for the leading ladies, of which there are two!

First off we have Lori, originally played by Sharon Stone! Big shoes to fill, and both Kate Bosworth and Inglourious Basterds' Diane Kruger are currently giving their auditions for the spot right now.

The other role that needs a lady is that of Melina, the woman who helps get to the bottom of the Mars scandal. Reading for that role is Eva Mendes, Paula Patton, Jessica Biel, and Eva Green.

Word is that Mendes could also be reading for Lori.

So much talent to choose from!! Casting really has it lucky this time around!

Rosario Dawson just couldn't resist Paul Rudd's package!

While Paul was presenting the Best Screenplay award with Eva Mendes at the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday, Rosario ran up on stage and grabbed and groped him.

We don't know why she felt the need to grab his crotch, but it was quite the ballsy move!

Some nudie pics of actress Eva Mendes have gone missing!

The shots were taken for an upcoming art show by photog Lyndon Chubbuck and were supposed to be displayed later this week at Supperclub Los Angeles.

According to the source:

"[H]is works of art were nabbed somewhere between the printer and an art show last weekend.

Lyndon says he plans to file a police report tomorrow — but strictly for insurance purposes because he believes, "The cops aren't really going to put a mad hunt out for my Eva photos.""

Say no more, Lyndon! We're on it! If you wanted to hire us for our P.I. services you should have just asked!!

Oh no!

Seems like Eva Mendes had an unexpected visitor to her home early Christmas morning - and they weren't very jolly.

Around 3:40 AM on Xmas morning, Eva called the police after something set off the alarm in her house. Police quickly responded to her call and searched her home, but no one was found lurking about and there was no evidence of a break-in.

After their sweep of the place, Eva felt safe and gave the officers their Christmas leave.

Ha. Maybe it was Santa?!

Eva Mendes recently revealed that when she was a little girl, she wanted to become a nun - but that all quickly changed when she discovered that they don't get paid!

She explains:

"We didn't grow up with a lot of money so I would always tell my mom, 'Mommy I am going to buy you a big house when I grow up, and a car.' And my sister said to me one day when I was ten, 'How are you going to buy mom all these things? You are going to be a nun and nuns don't get paid.' I said, 'What?' and that was it, my convent dreams were over. I feel I have so much to be thankful for, and it means nothing if I can't give back. I do it within my own family and I do it with certain charities, particularly the art of the Elysium, which helps children in hospital heal themselves through art therapy."

So sweet!

And we commend Eva for taking her very lucrative career path and choosing to give back to others!

You definitely couldn't have done that as a nun, bb.
