Well at least, Universal Studios, the company behind Jennifer Aniston's latest flick Love Happens is in trouble.

Writers Greg Crowder and Tony Freitas are suing the studio for allegedly stealing the idea of the movie from them.

Apparently back in 2006, Greg Crowder pitched a script called The Truth to Scott Berstein, who was the VP of Production for Universal Pictures at the time. He told Greg the script needed a rewrite and that they wouldn't pay for it.

Recently, the writer pitched the script to another studio who complained that the script looked like it had been "stolen" as it bared a strong resemblance to Universal's newest flick Love Happens.

So now he's heaping mad and we don't blame him. Give credit where credit is due and if he wants to take credit for that trainwreck of a movie, then by all means, fight for it!

Haven't we been down this road enough??? It's getting mildly incredibly pathetic now!

Life & Style is reporting that Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are back to their old tricks again and are spending a lot of quality time together.

An insider has told the mag that three days prior to a dinner date with co-star and rumored new boyfriend Gerard Butler, Maniston invited John to a get together at the Arquettes! The source says:

“Jen’s trying to get their relationship back on its feet, so this was a big step. And Courteney is being open-minded — all she wants is for Jen to find happiness.”

No, no. Courteney, you made a somewhat decent decision in a life partner. Why are you letting her do this AGAIN???! What kind of friend are you???

The insider also says:

“He has a bad reputation with women, but Jen sees John as a sensitive guy who’s pretty much had the key to her heart since they first met.”

No! No! NOO!!

For now, maybe there is some hope. We can at least take some refuge that she hasn't chosen between John or Gerard.

We'll just keep our fingers crossed that she ends up with the Brit, not the baby.

The Bounty co-stars and rumored couple Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler were seen out on Wednesday night at Silverlake restaurant Cliff's Edge in Cali.

The pair arrived together and met up with 4 friends sitting discreetly in the corner of the outdoor patio.

The manager of the restaurant bullshits said, "Jennifer is so lovely, and she and Gerard were not holding hands and I didn't think they were a couple, just friends having dinner together."

Yeah, right!

The party enjoyed the restaurant's specials of the evening while Man dined on her usual fare of salad.

Hey, she's gotta distract us from her face keep that hot body if she wants to keep working in this town!

Although a mass of paparazzi anxiously waited to capture the couple's exit, the two of them left the restaurant separately.

Oh, don't be so coy, JenGer!

We don't need to see that much of her, yet R-Patz isn't showing enough!

Despite our concerns, Robert Pattinson and Jennifer Aniston gave the publishing business a ray of hope for their diminishing industry.

Each of them graced the cover of GQ this year, one of the only magazines to experience a growth in sales.

Maniston's revealing January cover sold 330,000 copies barely leading Pattinson's smoldering issue selling 300,000 issues.

"We try to make each page earn its space, and that probably yields more than any one cover or any one celeb, gorgeous though he or she may be,” said GQ Editor-In-Chief Jim Nelson.

Let's make each page earn every inch!

Well, not on purpose.

But, according to internet security company McAfee Inc., searching for Jessica Biel online can be dangerous.

For the past three years, McAfee has been releasing its yearly list of the riskiest celebrities to search for.

Last year it was Brad Pitt and before him it was Paris Hilton, but this year, odds are if you're looking up info on Biel you might get directed to a spam or virus-infecting site.

According to a rep from McAfee:

"Cybercriminals are star watchers too - they latch onto popular celebrities to encourage the download of malicious software in disguise. Every day, cybercriminals use celebrities' names and images, like Kim Kardashian and Rihanna, to lure surfers searching for the latest stories, screen savers and ringtones to sites offering free downloads laden with malware."

Turns out that if you search for Jessica Biel, you'll have a one-in-five chance of arriving at a website that's known for "online threats, such as spyware, adware, spam, phishing, and viruses."

Coming in second on this year's list of the most dangerous to search for is Beyonce, followed by Jennifer Aniston which resulted in more than 40% of the search results for "Jennifer Aniston screensavers" containing viruses.

Seriously, Maniston has got to stop searching for screensavers of herself!

Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler can't seem to keep their hands off each other anymore - literally!

Though having denied being in a relationship several times, sources are saying that little by little, the couple has been coming out of hiding, enjoying dinner dates and some PDA when the cameras stop rolling on their new movie, The Bounty.

Saturday, JenGer was seen heading to The Jane Hotel, where onlookers saw them "hand in hand" for most of the evening. Before arriving at the lounge, the couple enjoyed a romantic dinner at Freemans on the Lower East Side.

How sweet!

Only a matter of time before they are official. And just a little after that ’til they break up!

Hey, we hear it is very hot in NYC right now!

If Jennifer Aniston wants to inconvenience an underpaid production assistant to hold up a gigantic fan - like she did on Friday - in order to keep herself looking her best while she films The Bounty Hunter, she's just going to do it!

Sometimes we forget that Maniston is a diva too!

Her homely, girl-next door routine usually evades us from remembering.
