Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez put aside their issues — well, for one day at least — to celebrate his daughter’s big accomplishment!
On Thursday, the estranged couple were spotted in Los Angeles heading to some festivities for Violet Affleck’s high school graduation. In pictures obtained by multiple outlets, Ben wore a gray suit and carried a basket with pink wrapping paper popping out of it. Perhaps it held some gifts for the accomplished 18-year-old?
Meanwhile, Jennifer walked by his side, wearing a flowery dress and sunglasses. Neither of them sported a smile in any pics we saw, despite the happy occasion! Was it a sign of things to come? Forcing themselves together for events for the sake of the kids?

It was a family affair with more than Bennifer around. They were joined by his mom, Anne Boldt, who walked behind the pair. Check out a photo from the outing (below):
This was the first time we’ve seen Jennifer and Ben together since May 19 — when they were photographed outside the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica! As you know, rumors of a divorce for Bennifer have been swirling. Ben moved out of his marital home with Jennifer weeks ago as they were having issues in their marriage for a bit. Adding fuel to the breakup speculation, Ben never attended a single premiere for Jen’s new movie Atlas. He then went solo to a graduation party for Violet over the weekend.
Whether this means they pulled the plug on their marriage depends on the sources you ask! Some are more hopeful Jennifer and Ben will work things out. An ET insider even said they need “to take space from each other” while “trying to figure things out on their own.” But others? They say it’s all over but the paperwork!
In fact, an insider told DeuxMoi Ben and Jen already threw in the towel and are in the process of a divorce! They hired a famous celebrity divorce attorney, who is “mediating the divorce” at this time, per the source! If this is all true, they don’t plan to announce the divorce until the paperwork is over — like what Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen did.
And don’t get your hopes up for Bennifer reconciling! There’s no third chance with this relationship! The DeuxMoi insider said there’s a “0.1% chance” of reconciliation. Oof.
