When Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco first split, the custody agreement seemed to be settled fairly easily. Now it’s turning into one of the roughest custody battles we’ve ever seen!
This week, legal docs became public in which Sonni asked the court for a new order giving her full custody of Ava and requiring Jeremy’s visitation to be monitored.
Per reports, Sonni was accusing the Avengers: Endgame star of physical and emotional abuse, including threatening to kill her and then himself, even wielding a gun.

The docs also contained tales of substance abuse and various female companions being present while Ava, now six years old, was in his custody.
Now those latter claims are being backed up by other women in Renner’s life.
Per docs obtained by DailyMail.com, two ex-girlfriends wrote affidavits bolstering Sonni’s allegations with their own stories about the Oscar nominee.
Ex-girlfriend Carmen Orford (above, inset) says she met Renner on Instagram but that she was also aware he had a secret Snapchat account specifically for sending and receiving nude pics and videos. She says the username was daughter Ava’s initials and birthday. Ew.
In the affidavit, Orford claims the star would “constantly sent me nude pictures and videos of him touching himself” and “would also frequently send me unprompted pornographic videos and GIFs.”
She describes the first time going over to his house, saying she was introduced to Ava right away — and then to another woman who showed up and apologized for being high.
After swimming, Orford says they all had dinner — lasagna Renner had cooked:
“At that point [Renner] brought me a robe to wear that had ‘Ava’ embroidered on the chest. [Renner] helped me put on the robe. [Renner] proceeded to kiss me on the neck as I was eating the lasagna he had made for me. This was all occurring in view of Ava while she ate her dinner. I felt very uncomfortable.”
Orford also corroborates the substance abuse claims, writing that she saw lines of cocaine left on cabinets in the home — in reach of little Ava, whom she claims was often left unsupervised for hours.
In addition to her recollections, Orford provides screenshots of messages supposedly sent by Renner telling her he loves her ass and asking if she has “ever done molly.”
Another friend of Renner’s, Lily Faget, says in the docs she participated in a threesome with the actor — not realizing his young daughter was in the home.
“At one point in the night, [Renner] and my friend and I went into Respondent’s music studio and the three of us started having sex…
I left the studio (leaving my friend and [Renner] in there) and saw [Ava’s nanny] Naomi sitting at the outside bar with a few men. All of a sudden I saw Ava walk into the living room next to the bar, asking for [Renner]. Naomi swooped her up and walked out of the room. I was so shocked that Ava was there and that no one told me to be mindful that Ava was in the house.”
So no one was watching her all this time? According to Faget, her father was in no state to do so:
“I went back into the music studio (where [Renner] had the music on very loud) and saw that [he] had passed out. I had to help my friend pull [his] pants up.”
Eesh.
As for the former nanny, Naomi Moore, she’s on Sonni’s side as well. She alleges Renner would often get drunk and throw loud parties while Ava was trying to sleep. She describes a parade of strange women coming through the house — some of which she says looked underage to her.
Moore is also a corroborating witness to the incident in which Renner allegedly put a gun in his mouth and threatened suicide. She says he fired it into the ceiling when she left the room.
None of this makes Renner sound like the doting father he’s always claimed to be in public.
