UPDATE 1:32 P.M. PST: Jeremy Renner’s rep responded to the disturbing claims, telling Us Weekly:
“The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. This is a matter for the court to decide. It’s important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni’s declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.”
That “specific goal” must be alluding to sole custody, considering Sonni Pacheco filed papers for it earlier last month. Their court hearing has been scheduled for November 7.
Jeremy Renner is a danger to his daughter and himself — according to his ex-wife Sonni Pacheco.
As we reported, the exes are battling it out for custody of their daughter, Ava, with Sonni reportedly seeking sole legal and physical custody of the six-year-old. She’s asking the judge to change the order from joint custody to sole custody on her part and requesting monitored visitation when the Avengers star is with the little one.
And she’s finally revealing why, in new legal docs: according to the Canadian model, Renner threatened to kill her and later shoved a gun in his mouth, threatening to kill himself!
The incident allegedly went down last November, when Sonni claims the Oscar nominee was at a club, high on coke and alcohol, and started musing about killing her, reportedly telling someone he “could not deal with her anymore, and he just wanted her gone.”

Per the docs, Renner ended the night by putting a gun in his mouth, threatening to kill himself, and firing the gun into the ceiling while their daughter was asleep in her bedroom.
Renner’s ex claims he has a history of not only substance abuse, but verbal and emotional abuse as well. The documents allege the actor has been under the influence while having physical custody of Ava multiple times, and once left cocaine on a bathroom counter that was in their daughter’s reach.
In one instance, according to Sonni, the nanny overheard the 48-year-old say he was going to Sonni’s house to kill her before killing himself, because “it was better that Ava had no parents than to have [Sonni] as a mother.”
Renner also allegedly had a habit of inviting lady guests over while he was caring for Ava. Per the docs, Ava told her mother several women would come and go from daddy’s house, including:
“Tayler, Kelley, Natalie, Summer, Faith, Christina, Naz and Jessica.”
(No Stephanie, though. Sorry, Lady GaGa/Renner shippers!)

Needless to say, these claims are quite troubling — especially since the star previously claimed he prioritized being a dad above everything else in life. He told the Independent last year:
“Being a father is number one. That’s what keeps me focused, and not worrying about whether movies may or may not come my way.”
The Hawkeye actor and Sonni secretly got hitched back in September 2014, just one year after welcoming their daughter to the world in 2013. Pacheco filed for divorce 10 months later, citing irreconcilable differences.
