UPDATE: Kesha’s attorney Mark Geragos, released this statement Friday afternoon:
“All these claims show is a predator attempting to deflect attention from the real facts – that Kesha was mentally and sexually abused by Luke for years. All of Luke’s recent filings bare no consequence in this case and are a sad attempt to paint Kesha — his victim — in a negative way. This is classic behavior of a serial abuser.”
We just hope the truth comes out.

Wow — the feud between Kesha and Dr. Luke has reached a whole new level of horrible.
In recently filed legal docs by Luke, the music producer claims Kesha used the tragedy at Sandy Hook to further damage his reputation.
Sheesh. If this claim is true, we’re truly DISGUSTED.

The 41-year-old alleges the singer completely LIED in an effort to distance herself from the tragedy when she told the public he forced her to sing Die Young.
For those who might not remember, radio stations removed the controversial song from the airwaves after the massacre which resulted in the deaths of 20 elementary school children.
Luke claims the Timber singer even went as far to say she didn’t write the song, which contradicts an earlier interview from 2012.
According the producer, Kesha has a history of lying, like insinuating Mick Jagger is her father.
Sigh.
If these allegations are true, we hope Kesha is held accountable for her actions.
