Terrence Howard Evicted From Manhattan Residence!

YIKES!

Terrence Howard has been evicted from his Manhattan apartment!!

According to legal documents, the actor’s lease ended last November, though that wasn’t reason enough for Terrence to move out.

He apparently stayed there until this past May, before his landlord kicked him out! What’s more, his landlord has filed suit against Terrence, asking for months’ worth of rent money and legal fees.

EEK!

This only adds to the star’s recent marital woes. We bet it hasn’t been easy!

Let’s just hope this is all resolved soon!
