Animated emojis are coming to Facebook!
Or that's what appears to be happening after the social media site's CEO Mark Zuckerberg released a video (below) introducing the new buttons called, "Reactions."
Rather than creating a "dislike" button, the tech company has decided to explore an online option that allows users to express themselves with a broader range of human emotions.
Nine is the new eight.
Those "Netflix and chill" plans just got a lot harder for date nights all across America.
That's because the streaming service announced on Thursday that it will be upping its prices from $8.99 a month to $9.99 for the standard package!
The price change will go into affect starting November 2015, but if you're one of the lucky millions of users who already have Netflix, you're going to keep your lower price point for a whole calendar year!
Sorry for those of you who now have to pay $10 to watch Orange Is the New Black, BoJack Horseman, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and all of the other great programming the company has to offer… but it's kind of your own fault.
Is this going to affect YOUR Netflix subscription for 2016?? Let us know in the comments (below)!
We wonder if the company CEO also volunteered!
That's right, volunteer as in "free!"
Not cool. Especially since many salaried employees already work longer than 40 hours a week without getting paid more.
The email read:
These General Mills cereals are definitely NOT part of a balanced breakfast!
According to reports, over 1 million boxes of Cheerios and Honey Nut Cheerios have been recalled!
About 1.8 million boxes of the popular cereals made in a factory in Lodi, California contained wheat even though they were labeled gluten-free — an option the company introduced earlier this year!
The boxes produced in July are reportedly affected and have the plant code "LD" on them.
The tainted oats also feature "better if used by" dates from July 14 to
Missy Elliott is caught in some legal troubles because she didn't Work It well enough to get people excited about a couple of her concerts!
That is, she didn't show up at all to the event that was supposed to promote two of her shows!
The papers say that in November 2012, the rapper was slotted to appear on Brazil's Rede Globo television network, so she could plug two upcoming performances in Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre.
But, the 44-year-old bailed on her TV spot.
And according to the docs, ticket sales ultimately did not do well, and it's completely because Missy never showed up to promote the gigs!
Jean Faustin, who was the one who booked her for the shows in the first place, said he had to cancel the concerts because the box office flopped.
So now, he's suing to get back the $75,000 deposit he paid her, and is also supposedly asking for interest! Woah!
The Lose Control artist hasn't commented on the controversy, so it'll be interesting to see if she can put her game down, flip it, and reverse it well enough to get out of this one!
