Say it ain't so, Leonardo DiCaprio!
Leo was reportedly hanging at NYC's Up & Down club on Saturday night with Jonah Hill and A Tribe Called Quest rapper Q-Tip.
The trio was discussing an upcoming project about the '80s hip-hop world when a woman reportedly asked for a photo for her birthday. And Leo said:
Is the cast and crew of 22 Jump Street ready to laugh again?
He’s since apologized and explained why he made such a horrible mistake.
But as awful as his comment was, Jonah's director Phil Lord is standing by him and defending the two-time Oscar nominee!
Phil was asked about the incident while walking the red carpet of the sequel’s premiere last night. He said:
"We're just trying to move past those comments. It was obviously disappointing, but the Jonah we know is different than that.”
Mr. Hill’s co-star Ice Cube also offered up his opinion about the mess Jonah made, saying:
"Jonah's a good guy. I think his apology is very sincere, and all the guy can do is apologize for saying something stupid.”
Both Jonah and his partner in crime fighting Channing Tatum were on hand to greet and take selfies with their fans.
Either NYC takes their gay slurs WAY serious these days or the studio sent two cops to pose in pics with the stars on the red carpet.
We think it must be the latter…

A tale as old as time…
Beauty and the Beast!!!!
Not only is it coming, but it's confirmed that Bill Condon, who was the genius behind Twilight: Breaking Dawn, will be directing the film!!
Guess Disney doesn't care that there's a Guillermo Del Toro live-action BatB titled Beast already in the works.
But the question that remains is who will play Belle? Beast? Lumiere? Cogsworth?!?! GASTON?!?!
Well, Disney, we did you a favor and narrowed down the actors and actresses who should be your top picks..
Find out if you agree or disagree with our choices…AFTER THE JUMP!!!
He went on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and didn't wait; he just opened up by explaining how he was wrong.
Jonah explains he chose a "grotesque" word that he thought would be hurtful in the heat of the moment, not meaning it in a homophobic way, BUT– how he meant it doesn't matter because the word itself now has a cruel weight to it.
Also, the fact that he's using this incident to try to help educate young people on what NOT to do? Well, we didn't expect this, and we have to commend him.
We also hope other celebs who say the wrong thing follow his lead.
Ch-ch-check out the video (above) to see his obviously heartfelt remarks.
Not funny! EVER!
Jonah Hill might've thought he was being funny or sharp when he used this disgusting gay slur, but all he was being was ignorant.
While out and about in the El Lay area, Jonah was caught on video being asked some questions by a few paparazzi.
But Jonah kept quiet even when one of the photogs mocked his floral board shorts by saying:
"I like the shorts though, bro. They are pretty sexy."
Unfortunately, Jonah didn't stay quiet as the photogs said bye to him. He said:
But if you thought his cover shoot was hot (and it was), then you should grab your oven mitts because the interview he gave inside was SCORCHING!
Amongst other things, the hunk admitted that he and 21 Jump Street co-star Jonah Hill made a totally scandalous bet about how successful their film would be.
Jonah was apparently so confident that their comedy would underwhelm at the box office that he made the most indecent proposal we've ever heard — the funny man offered to kiss the tip of Channing's penis if it made more than $35 mil on opening weekend!!!
According to Channing, Jonah literally told him:
