So in case you hadn't heard, someone at Deadline wrote an op-ed that wondered allowed, "sure we're getting more ethnic diversity on TV, but is it TOO MUCH ethnic diversity on TV?"
The title of the article is Pilots 2015: The Year Of Ethnic Casting — About Time Or Too Much Of A Good Thing?
Basically the article posits that after scoring big hits with Empire, Fresh Off The Boat, and How To Get Away With Murder, networks are making a big push to put more ethnicities front and center on TV — but that this initiative is wrong because it's hurting white actors!
WELL, Shonda Rhimes, the executive producer of HTGAWM — as well as the creator of Scandal and Grey's Anatomy — has a response to that! She tweeted:

Joey Casselberry was a student athlete at Bloomsburg University. But his baseball career was taken away from him shortly after he sent out an offensive tweet about Little League World Series all-star Mo'ne Davis!
After learning that Disney would be making a movie based on the story of Davis, Casselberry reminded his followers about the 14-year-old's loss against Nevada during the Little League World Series. The first baseman tweeted:
