Aaron Carter‘s twin sister was granted a restraining order against him.
According to TMZ, on Friday in Los Angeles, Angel Conrad filed documents for a domestic violence restraining order, which was later approved.

Of course, this news is not entirely surprising.
When brother Nick Carter publicly announced he was seeking protection against the Aaron’s Party (Come Get It) singer, he referenced Angel.
While alleging Aaron has “intentions of killing [his] pregnant wife [Lauren Kitt] and unborn child,” the Backstreet Boys band member wrote on Twitter:
“After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today. In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family. We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else.”
Per Nick’s legal docs, during a FaceTime chat between Aaron and Angel on August 7, 2019, Aaron allegedly revealed he was “diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago,” has “thoughts of killing babies,” and has thoughts “about killing Lauren Kitt.” Aaron also allegedly threatened then-girlfriend Lina Valentina, who was there during the chat.
In Angel’s legal docs, she references the August 7 conversation, adding Aaron allegedly admitted to torturing a turtle by lighting it on fire when he was a child. However, while allegedly detailing the story, he felt “no emotion” about the incident.
She also cites an alleged September 5 phone chat where Aaron told her:
“I have people that would come and harm you.”
Because of Aaron’s firearms collection, she fears for her life, as well as her husband and daughter’s.
Per the restraining order, Aaron must stay 100 yards away from Angel and her family, and cannot make any social media posts about them, or ones that could potentially threaten them with images of weapons.
After Nick was granted his restraining order, Aaron defended himself by telling TMZ:
“I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family.”
Aaron also wrote on social media he has not seen Nick “in four years,” and the two brothers are “done for life.” He added:
“All I ask is for my family to leave me alone. This is blood. Not love. I will never be around you and I don’t want to be around you. I am the one who said I’m done then you send me this!? Ok. Stop trying to get me 5150’d before I file a harassment suit myself nick I have the $”
“LEAVE ME ALONE. FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. IM BEGGING YOU. PLEASE. I haven’t even seen you guys and nick you bullied me my whole life. And tortured me as a child. And everyone knows it. ITS BEEN PUBLIC. and now you’re scared of the truth.”
“I’ll be just fine without them. They need to leave me alone. Michael Jackson told me this was gonna happen and he was right.”
So, so sad.
