No one tells Cardi B what to do with her relationships — not even professionals!
The Money rapper opened up about her temporary split from husband Offset late last year in a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar, making it clear it was very much her decision to break up in the first place.

She explained:
“I decided on my own. Nobody makes my decisions about my life but me. I didn’t want to go to marriage counseling. He suggested it, but it’s like, ‘I don’t want to go.’ There’s no counselor or nothing that could make me change my mind.”
She’s a woman who knows what she wants — and doesn’t want. But could potentially want it again at a later date.
As we reported, the pair split in early December amid rumors of Offset’s cheating scandal. At the time, Bardi announced the two were splitting but would remain friends, causing some fans to wonder who she wound rebound with.

As it turns out, the 26-year-old songstress wasn’t ready to dive into a new romance. She admitted:
“If you think Imma automatically hop onto you after a marriage, that just means you think I’m a sleaze. And I’m not. I have a kid — I have to show an example…Just because I’m out there and very sexual doesn’t mean that I have to be whorish.”
But don’t think for a second she has any problems with people who do:
“I like to have sex. That doesn’t mean I have to have it with everybody. Not that I judge women who want to have sex with the world.”
And even if she *did* want to have sex with the world, gurl just wouldn’t have the time!
She said of her roller coaster year:
“I feel like my life is a fairy tale and I’m a princess — rags to riches, people trying to sabotage. Before, I cared about everything — relationship, gossip… Now I don’t feel like I have the time to please people. I don’t care about anything anymore—just my career and my kid. Well, I care about my career because of my money.”
LOLz, notice how she didn’t say “husband”…
