Jewel is opening up about her rumored romance with Kevin Costner!
In a new interview with Elle on Thursday, the musician was asked about the Yellowstone actor. And while she didn’t cop to whether or not they’re dating, she had some very sweet things to say about him! First off, the singer gushed:
“He’s a great person.”
Aww! But then the outlet noted that she blushed when acknowledging that “the public fascination is intense for sure.” Definitely not a denial! And blushing?! Well, you don’t usually do that when talking about a friend! Right??

As Perezcious readers know, the 69-year-old Hollywood star and 49-year-old artist first sparked romance rumors when they were seen on a flirty charity vacation in the British Virgin Islands last December. An insider soon told Us Weekly that the duo, who have been friendly for years, had been quietly dating for a while. Revealing that “they check a lot of boxes for each other,” the source said the romance started “organically” over their shared love of music.
Following The Bodyguard alum’s messy divorce from his ex-wife Christine Baumgartner, which was finalized in September, the rumored new couple is keeping things casual for now, the confidant added:
“There’s no pressure of expectation here. Kevin just wants to go with the flow — and so does she. But the consensus is that he’s found a real keeper in Jewel and that this has the makings of something that could be very special.”
