As we previously reported, Ink Master season 4 winner Scott Marshall died back in October at 41-years-old. It's since been revealed that the tattoo artist passed away due to a deadly mixture of heroin and prescription pain medication.
The coroner's report claims that a small bag of heroin was located on the bedside table at the hotel room in Roselle, IL where Scott's body was found. Police officials also noted that
