Maren Morris Reminds Us 'Love's Gonna Conquer All' With New Song Dear Hate Released In Response To The Las Vegas Shooting

"Hate is everywhere, and I'm sick of not doing enough."

In response to the mass shooting in Las Vegas, Maren Morris is offering her talent to spread love in our darkest hour by releasing her song with Vince Gill, Dear Hate.

The emotional tune — which will be released on iTunes on Friday — was written three years ago, but still rings true today. All proceeds will go to the Music City Cares Fund to help the victims and their families.

Of her decision to finally put out the track, the 27-year-old penned to social media:

"I wrote this song 3 years ago, recorded it last year with Vince Gill, and always have fans asking when I'll put it out. I never knew when would be the right time, but I realized today that there's never a right time. Hate is everywhere, and I'm sick of not doing enough. In the darkest tunnel, there is still love & music. That's what it's here for. Here is Dear Hate. Any cent I see from this I'm donating to the Music City Cares Fund."

Tom Petty's Daughter Mourns His Passing With Beautiful Tributes

Tom Petty's youngest daughter AnnaKim Violette Petty is paying tribute to the rock icon.

As we previously reported, the 66-year-old passed away on Monday following a full cardiac arrest the day before.

While celebs and many fans have taken to social media to mourn the star, the singer's 35-year-old offspring recalled some beautiful moments with her father as he was in the hospital.

We especially love this picture she posted to Instagram (above), which she simply captioned with "We love u."

Donald Trump could use many words to describe the devastating Las Vegas shooting. He has decided to go with "miracle."

The gun control debate is once again dominating political conversation in the wake of the worst mass shooting in U.S. history, which has claimed the lives of 59 people so far.

While lawmakers are being called on to take action, the president is adamant that the White House will, in fact, be deliberating new gun laws… eventually.

As he and Melania Trump were about to board a helicopter for San Juan, Puerto Rico, where they were set to visit following the damage from Hurricane Maria, POTUS said his administration would "be talking about gun laws as time goes by."

But as for now, Trump is focusing on the silver lining of the mass tragedy — the quick response from Las Vegas police:

Coldplay Pays Tribute To Las Vegas Shooting Victims & The Late Tom Petty During Portland Concert — Watch

Multiple tributes were paid during Coldplay's concert in Portland, Oregon on Monday night.

The Hymn For The Weekend band kicked off their show with a minute of silence for the 59 lives lost in the devastating Las Vegas shooting, blacking out the stadium and letting the audience's cell phone screens illuminate the Moda Center.

Later in the concert, the band paid tribute to Tom Petty, who passed away after suffering a massive cardiac arrest.

In a final salute to the rock legend, Chris Martin called R.E.M. lead guitarist Peter Buck to the stage and played a touching cover of Petty's 1989 track Free Fallin', the lead single off his solo debut album Full Moon Fever.
