Brooks Ayers is defending himself once again.
This incident was confirmed by Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson.
Well now, Ayers is speaking out!
Lil' Wayne is having a bad day.
On Tuesday, cops raided the rapper's Miami mansion to satisfy a $2 million judgment against the Lollipop singer.
According to legal sources, Wayne refused to pay a $1 million bill from a personal jet company earlier this year on the grounds that he never signed a contract for the services.
Unfortunately for the Louisiana native, a judge ruled in September that he DID have to pay the bill along with $800,000 dollars in late fees. Not to mention the father of one also was ordered to pay $200,000 in attorney fees.
Once again, the father of one refused to pay the judgment and now authorities are currently raiding Wayne's home to seize his personal assets in order to pay off the debt.
While L.W.'s security team refused to let them in, a judge said they could bust down the doors in order to get to the mansion's goodies.
Well, it seems like Wayne should have just paid his bills in the first place to avoid this mess! Hopefully the rapper learns his lesson!

Following months of 911 calls and contentious fights in front of their two young boys, Kate Major and Michael Lohan have officially lost full custody of Landon and Logan.
The babies, aged two and ten months, were handed over who Michael's mother after she was awarded temporary guardianship.
Lohan's mom, who lives in New York, will care for the kiddos and a Child Protective Services monitor must be present during the parents visits.
If this legal turn of events doesn't wake up the couple to their problems, we don't know what will.
